On Saturday, June 25th, SportAbility welcomed 21 athletes to the 2016 BC Power Soccer Provincials. The 21 athletes made up four teams, Storm, Lighting, Thunder, and Hurricane.
The first round of competition was extremely intense, with close games overall for the evenly-matched teams. At the end, Team Storm came out ahead of the others for the Round Robin, under direction of coach Gordon Marks.
Day 2 of competition was just as exciting, with teams battling to claim their medals. Sunday’s games saw both underdog teams come out on top for the elimination round!
