Whether you’re new to the sport or just curious, this session is designed to help you get on the ice in a fun, supportive environment.
No experience needed and ALL equipment is provided!
What to expect:
- Learn how to get into a sled and move on the ice
- Support from experienced staff
- A fun and inclusive introduction to Para Hockey

Arrival: Please arrive by 10:15AM for equipment fitting and setup
